Supplier Liaison & Briefing

We’ll liaise and finalise all with your team of suppliers, confirming details to ensure everything runs according to plan.

Venue Site Visit

A pre-wedding visit to familiarise ourselves with your venue and to walk through your wedding day timeline.

Pre-Wedding Day Setup

Supervision and coordination of setup the day before your wedding to ensure everything is in place.

Wedding Day Management

From the beginning of the day until guests depart, your wedding manager will oversee all. This includes final set up, execution of the days’ timeline ensuring each element flows seamlessly, and assistance for you and your guests.

Full Support

In the six weeks leading up to your wedding we’ll provide ongoing support through pre-arranged calls, online meetings, in person and venue meetings with suppliers as needed.

We begin by fully understanding your vision and the arrangements you’ve made to date, identifying any potential challenges. From there, we work alongside you to bring every detail to life expertly.

Step Two

Final Planning

Following this, we’ll begin across-the-board behind the scenes final planning. Creating and managing a detailed timeline, addressing outstanding tasks, and coordinating with your team of suppliers to ensure everyone is aligned.

Step Three

Venue Set Up

The day before, your wedding manager will be onsite to oversee the setup alongside your suppliers. This will include seating arrangements, signage, decorations, floristry, audiovisual checks, and any additional setup tasks you require.

Step Four

Delivery & Celebration

On the day, your dedicated wedding manager will oversee every detail—from guest arrivals to the final toast—discreetly handling any unexpected issues so you can relax, celebrate, and enjoy every magical moment.

Our Fee

At Chrysalis Weddings & Events we only work with a select number of clients each year, allowing us to provide an unparalleled level of service. Each wedding or event we deliver is uniquely tailored to our client’s needs. As such our fees reflect the bespoke nature of the services we offer. Our fee for wedding day management starts from £2,500, this fee encompasses our support during the six weeks prior to your wedding and an on-site manager the day before and on the actual day.

For clients requiring further services, such as extended pre or post event support or additional event staff for large scale or complex weddings, we can arrange this upon request. Additional travel, accommodation, and meal costs may also apply depending on your location. Any additional fees and costs will be tailored to your needs and fully communicated and agreed upon in advance.
