Once appointed your journey with us begins with an initial meeting to discuss your wedding design, concept, and budget. We’ll explore your ideas, style, venue requirements, and the experiences you envision for you and your guests.

Following this, we will transform your vision into a tailored design concept, complete with mood boards that capture your ideas, colour palette, and overall style. This will serve as a source of inspiration and provide clear direction for your chosen suppliers. This collaborative foundation ensures your wedding reflects all that you wish your day to be while aligning with your budget.

Step Two

Venue, Suppliers & Priorities

With your design in place, it will be time to explore suitable venues and suppliers for your consideration. If you require a marquee, we’ll scout options that complement your day’s overall style. Once we’ve narrowed the field, with trusted venues and suppliers that share our commitment to excellence, we’ll approach them for their proposals and fees.

Now is also a good time to address your wedding priorities as a couple, as well as with any family members that may influence your budget – ensuring smoother decisions and effective budget allocation.

Step Three

Decisions, Details & Planning

This exciting step involves the careful selection of your venue and suppliers. Throughout this stage, we will provide you with experienced guidance and professional insights, ensuring you feel fully supported every step of the way. Once your final choices have been made, we’ll appoint all parties on your behalf, fully reviewing their contracts, payment terms and timelines.

Following this, we’ll begin across-the-board behind the scenes planning, ensuring that all parties are on the same page moving forward. As we manage logistics, scheduling, and budget oversight, you can focus on enjoying this part of the journey stress-free.

Step Four

Realisation, Delivery & Celebration

As your wedding week unfolds, it marks the peak of our meticulous planning and collaboration. Your planner will be present from setup to breakdown, ensuring that every element is executed to perfection. They will oversee all, from coordinating suppliers and adhering to timelines to addressing any last-minute changes, making sure everything runs smoothly and stays true to your vision.

Your sole focus will be to relax, celebrate, and enjoy every magical moment with your family and friends, with complete peace of mind, knowing that every aspect of your wedding is being flawlessly managed.

Our Fee

At Chrysalis Weddings & Events we only work with a select number of clients each year, allowing us to provide an unparalleled level of service. Each wedding or event we deliver is uniquely tailored to our client’s needs. As such our fees reflect the bespoke nature of the services we offer. Our fee for design, planning, and coordination is determined as a percentage of your overall wedding budget, with a minimum charge of £12,500 or 15% of your total expenditure, whichever is greater.

For clients requiring further services, such as extended pre or post event support or additional event staff for large scale or complex weddings, we can arrange this upon request. Additional travel, accommodation, and meal costs may also apply depending on your location. Any additional fees and costs will be tailored to your needs and fully communicated and agreed upon in advance.
